Spanish native architect's studio, stablish in Madrid, with a vast experience in diferent architectural experties:

For over twenty years this team of architects as been working in all architectural areas, with key projects in the Health care facilities spectrum. In search for the best results they started this collaboration of witch resulted the recent adjudication by competition of the remodelation of the Araba's University Hospital.

The highly dedication and hard work of this studio is reflected on several national and international prizes, such as:

IDEAS COMPETITIONS

1st PLACE. Idea Competition for the youth house, held by the city of Madrid in May 1990. Selected for the Biennial of Young Artists from Mediterranean Europe held in Marseille.

1st PLACE. EUROPAN 3 competition, Location Madrid, Avenida de Peña Prieta, propriety of EMV. October 1993 to October 1994. 54 apartments.

1st PLACE. Design development Competition for the Community center in Parque Europa, held by the City of La Coruña. March 1994. Finalist in the Erich Degner of architecture, held by the BBV Foundation. December 1995. IV Muestra de Arquitectos Jóvenes españoles, held by the Foundation Antonio Camuñas. entered with the Community center in Parque Europa. SELECTED. June 1996.

MENTION. Idea Competition for the reorganization of the Plaza de la Constitución de Cubas de la Sagra, in Madrid. November 1994.

2nd PLACE. Idea Competition for the Torres de la Alameda's fairground. April 1997

FINALIST with four other teams in the Limited Ideas competition of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana's city hall and public square in Gran Canaria. February 1998.

FINALIST with four other teams in the Limited Design development Competition of the School City of Rivas Vaciamadrid. August 2008.

1st PLACE. Idea Competition for social Housings in calle Tubo, Madrid. June 2009

Practice Profile

More than twenty years of experience on the architectural field, as Senior Project Coordinator and associate on other studios or as architecture professionals. they have a vast experience on designing and coordinating external engineering services. they have worked bout for private and public clients, ministries and autonomous communities.

In order to coordinate all the efforts and intentions, on each work a debate is opened, enriching and promoting different solutions to each problem. multitask teams are organize in order to approach each aspect and difficulties of every project where everyone's contribution is appreciated.

Besides the strict observation of the regulations and programmatic needs, every work will follow simple guide lines:

- Strengthening and consolidation of the urban surroundings

- Hierarchization and analysis of accesses and circulations

- Modular structural array, promoting interior flexibility

- Comfort

- Cost control - effectiveness

The buildings will perform at the best with all the specific services. thus, we believe that the aim is to create a building with the less area possible without leaving any functional need taken care. that said the design will be absolutely modular and flexible.

With this principles in mind and the following factors:

• Complete and correct programmatic resolution. Analyzing the spaces and areas needed and the total available area one can decompose the needs into constructive modules that can be spatially and architectonically manipulated.

• Design flexibility in admitting changes in programmatic spaces, distributions, without hurting the functional essence of the building. one's aim is generate a modular system that admits and allows those changes, by simple manipulating the establish modules.

• Circulations, well hierarchized, adapted and correct spaces connection.

• Attention to usable versus total built area

• Characteristics and construction quality

• Bioclimatic behavior and sustainability.
